2. Project approval procedure

(1) Declaration. (5) Evaluation and acceptance. Establish supervision and management teams for project bidding, project construction, and project quality to monitor the entire process of project construction to ensure the quality of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects. (6) Grid-connected power generation.
